When using INTERNET EXPLORER

	Select the Tools pull down menu
	Select Internet Options
	In the History box click on the Clear History button
	In the Temporary Internet Files click on the Delete Cookies button and the Delete Files button.

When using NETSCAPE COMMUNICATOR

	Select the Edit pull down menu
	Select Preferences
	In the History box click on the Clear History button
	In the Location Bar History box click on the Clear Location Bar button
